Details:
Meets Monday 3 to 5 p.m. Central Time (1 to 3 p.m. PDT, 2 to 4 p.m. MDT, 4 to 6 p.m. EDT)
Limited to 10 students
10 weeks beginning April 19 through June 21 (no class on Memorial Day)
Course fee: $1,000, plus one-time $25 registration fee
Early registration special: $850 (registration fee waived) - register before April 5
A writing sample is requested (but not required) with enrollment. Food writing preferred, but any genre, and any length is fine. This will help us gauge your needs.
Note: If fewer than 5 students enroll, the course may be cancelled; if that is the case all fees paid, including registration fee, will be refunded in full.
